Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the University of Ottawa Public Health and Preventive Medicine (PHPM) Residency program. We will have an interactive two-hour information session where our Lead Resident, Co-Residents and Program Director describe our program with a slide deck.  We will then use break-out rooms so that you can ask your questions and Residents can address different aspects of their experiences throughout residency. PHPM is an exciting career that blends preventative medicine with Family Medicine. Our approachable and supportive program, offering unique public health opportunities in our nation’s capital, is eager to meet medical students passionate and curious about our specialty.
