The Dalhousie Program — An Overview:

Dalhousie Family Medicine has nine sites and ten programs throughout the three Maritime Provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

We have longitudinal sites: Annapolis Valley, Cape Breton – Inverness, North Nova and South West Nova as well as block based sites: Cape Breton – Sydney, Fredericton, Halifax, Moncton, Prince Edward Island, Saint John.

PGY3 positions are available at Dalhousie Family Medicine in Emergency Medicine and Care of the Elderly. Individualized third year programs may also be available at a resident’s request and initiative and subject to funding availability.

Applicants must apply and rank each of the Dalhousie Family Medicine sites individually, however there will only be one interview per applicant.
